Manager’s Message

Hi everyone

The silly season has begun with Christmas only a matter of weeks away. Firstly thankyou to everyone that has supported the organisation over the past year, it is greatly appreciated . December is a month full of Care activities, the main one being International Day of Disabilities—Walter Whip and the Flames Show at the Goondiwindi Showgrounds on the 2nd December starting at 6.30pm. This is a major fund raiser for the organisation and all funds raised will be put towards the purchase of our bus in January. It is also a time to think of the less fortunate, people living alone and people having their first Christmas since loosing a loved one—a friendly gesture is always appreciated and goes a long way. Care will be distributing food hampers and presents to families in our district and any assistance is appreciated. I ‘d like to wish you all a happy and safe festive season .
